Stefan stepped us through financing with ease, no pressure and we ended up purchasing most of the extra warranty and service items he introduced us to. It was the most hassle free experience I have ever had. I had been a long time Mercedes owner but BMW blows Feldmann’s out of the water. I had been working with Feldmann’s for over a year, trying to find a replacement for my ML. It was basically take it or leave it from their inventory which was worse than terrible.
