Bad car purchase I purchased a used X5, I was told what was wrong with the "As Is" car. Ignition coil and spark plug. I could have that fixed for several hundred dolla I purchased a used X5, I was told what was wrong with the "As Is" car. Ignition coil and spark plug. I could have that fixed for several hundred dollars. I was told BMW inspected the car and found nothing else wrong, I later determined that the car had been serviced an another BMW dealer before it was put up for sale and was diagnosed with Radiator fluid in cylinder 4 and that this was not repaired. What this meant was that BMW was aware that the engine was toast before the car was sold to me. I have since been told that their inspection did not find the problem, that they did not see that service entry in the service logs and that the car was marked as a Parts car. I never told my sales I was looking for a parts car and was never told it was a parts car. I have been told that they will take in the car, give me a little break in the cost of the new one, and offer me $2,500 for the old one. They did not even consider the thousand dollars I put into the car for repairs and diagnostics plus rental cars when the vehicle was in the shop. This means I will take a major loss on the car. My expectations from BMW seem to be far higher theirs. Any due diligence in the inspections should have turned up that the engine was toast. I was told by the salesman that if a car did not pass review it would not be offered for sale and would have been sold as salvage. That should have been the case for this car. For a luxury car dealer, they seemed to treat me like a fly by night used car salesman would have. If I had known that I would have pushed for an inspection of my own before I bought it. I have been a customer here for almost 15 years. Not anymore. More

He was punctual, showed vehicles that matched my criteria, negotiated fairly with a high degree of transparency and offered a solid deal. His sales approach was technical; he believes in the product and is confident that presenting the facts will lead the buyer to a sound decision. Ayman was knowledgeable, proficient, well-organized, and very pleasant to deal with. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the entire sales experience. The finance department was extremely low-key. Stephen presented the entire package of options with a lot of helpful explanation. Before I left the lot I also got a 30 minute tutorial on the user interface. This instruction rapidly got me up the learning curve. I give Ayman and Motorwerks BMW my highest recommendation. More

The great impression started from entering the main door. When I entered, few sales staff welcomed me and tried to help. It was Tong Berg. He explained to me all what I wanted to hear and also showed me several cars which met what I needed and wanted. Finally I decided to buy a new 2019 BMW just because of Tony and he helped and waited me until 7pm and escorted me by opening the garage door. It was so impressed and I strongly recommend this place and also I strongly recommend Tony Berg who is the best sale person. More
