Fantastic new car shopping experience! I needed a car quickly to replace my 2015 X5 that was water damaged in August and ever since have been looking for a new one with both color and optio I needed a car quickly to replace my 2015 X5 that was water damaged in August and ever since have been looking for a new one with both color and options exactly meet my needs. The fact that living 300 miles away from Motorwerks limits what I can do to find my dream car. Nonetheless, my sales advisor Shawn Simonet made several critical recommendations and patiently answered all questions I had in a span of 3 weeks - all through emails so I can keep a record of our conversations. The transaction was swiftly done - 30 minutes of paperwork signing on my way to west coast and 20 minutes of on-site visit to pick up my new car ten days later. It was absolutely a 100% positive car shopping experience! And this won't happen without Shawn's understanding and assistance. More

I feel cheated I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle recently. I had an experience that I thought was genuine but I now realize, until they get your money in th I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle recently. I had an experience that I thought was genuine but I now realize, until they get your money in their pockets, it's ok to appear cheerful, helpful and resourceful. My salesperson was Dave Fuchs. I test drove my vehicle and I noticed a sound when I braked. It was brought to his attention and the attention of the manager, whose name I do not remember. They assured me that the reason for the sound I heard was the fact that the tires were new and that there was something similar to armor all on them, They assured me that the sound would disappear due to this. I was very aware that there was not a warranty on the vehicle once it left the lot and so I took them at their word. Dave called within a couple days and asked me if I still heard the sound and I said no. However, shortly after that, the sound came back. I called him and told him about it. He reminded me of the lack of warranty on my vehicle. I acknowledge that except I had advised and alerted them about this issue before the completion of my purchase of this vehicle and they assured me that everything was ok, He said he would speak to his manager and that he would get back to me. Two weeks passed and I heard absolutely nothing. I called again and asked him about his integrity and giving me his word about getting back to me. He was quite nonchalant and I just dropped it. I cannot believe that they did this. If this problem started after leaving the dealership then I would not have felt cheated. I have absolutely no respect for Motorwerks BMW for disrespecting me like this. I am hurt and disappointed. Oh, it's been two months and I still have not received my plates and my registration. Awesome! After being scammed by BMW Minnetonka I decided to come over to Motorwerks BMW. I worked with sales rep Edin Salihovic who got me twice as much on my trade-in than Minnetonka offered, was able to finance me with less money down than Minnetonka, and I found a car that I absolutely love at Motorwerks because they have a larger selection than the other BMW dealerships. Edin was kind, honest, patient, cooperative, and not pushy. He treated me with so much respect as a Female buyer and made this whole experience easy and less stressful. I love my Pre-Owned Certified X1! More
