However, after being referred to Motorwerks BMW by my father-in-law, i began working with Brad Wicklund and could not have been happier. I ended up never looking back after test driving my first BMW and drove away a few days ago in a brand new 2018 430i! The service was fantastic and on my purchase day and they made me feel like a rock star as I got to drive my own brand new BMW off the showroom floor! My experience was so positive and I am so happy with my purchase that Motorwerks BMW likely found a life-long customer! More

It didn't matter that I was an employee, Leo treated me like any other client. Made sure we were taken care of every step along the way, and wouldn't leave until we were finished. (which was a hour past closing!) He has followed up afterwards as well to make sure my wife was completely satisfied with her new vehicle. It may seem biased, but after my experience on this side of the dealer, I would highly recommend Motorwerks BMW to ANYone who is searching for that next vehicle! More

Since the intent was for me to fly in from New Hampshire to buy and drive back my newest acquisition, I had to completely rely on the expertise and more importantly, the honesty of the salesperson in describing and answering my questions about this vehicle. The experience of dealing with Shawn and Motorwerks Bmw was truly impressive. The vehicle was just as described to me with the dealership prepping it perfectly for my 1500 mile road trip back to New England. The overall experience was just great and should I ever be in the market for a BMW I would not hesitate to reach out to Shawn and visit Minnesota again. More

Worst Service Ever! I brought my older BMW (2003) into Motorwerks BMW to have it looked over for any major service or repairs. One of the major things it needed was a ne I brought my older BMW (2003) into Motorwerks BMW to have it looked over for any major service or repairs. One of the major things it needed was a new electronic module for the lock mechanisms, a rather expensive repair, but I had them do it. They also told me I needed some engine work (valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket), which I had just had replaced less than a year ago. I declined to have this work completed as not needed. When I picked up the vehicle after being told all requested work was completed, I got home and tried to unlock the doors with the remote key it did not work. I called the dealership and was told it was a 15 second fix and to come back in. Why wouldn't this have been tested before sending the car back to me?!! I had also asked to have a battery cover reinstalled and work order indicated it was completed, it was not. And then the last thing, I found a random part (appears to be a protective cover for something) laying loose in the engine bay. Each time I called to talk to my service advisor I seemed to get some "attitude" from him, like I was an inconvenience. Well, I will no longer be an inconvenient customer of this dealership. More
