I'd recommend working with Shawn whenever buying a car Shawn really knows what he's doing when it comes to finding the right cars, and made this process easy for me. He was totally transparent about how th Shawn really knows what he's doing when it comes to finding the right cars, and made this process easy for me. He was totally transparent about how they evaluate the cars and the work a car may need done (since I bought an older 2005 automobile this was a consideration for me), and he also made sure I was comfortable purchasing the car inside and out. He even showed me several ways to save money like where to find car parts if needed. Was very helpful and not pushy, just there to make sure it was an easy and honest process. More

Great Experience! I initially saw the car that I purchased on-line and was quickly contacted by Shawn after expressing interest. I do not live in the Minneapolis area I initially saw the car that I purchased on-line and was quickly contacted by Shawn after expressing interest. I do not live in the Minneapolis area so I was dependent on Shawn to give me details about the vehicle prior to making a decision about whether I wanted to go visit the dealership in person. Shawn took it upon himself to review all of the service records as well as do a physical inspection. His description could not have been more accurate. Do not go to Motorwerks BMW, its horrible service and price. This morning I had an appointment (which I made in online 2 weeks ago), the service guy name Mike Trok was extremely rude to me. He just drew the conc This morning I had an appointment (which I made in online 2 weeks ago), the service guy name Mike Trok was extremely rude to me. He just drew the conclusions about my issue saying in order to diagnosis the car I have to pay $295 and didn't know how log will it takes. First of all, he did not welcome me, no greetings, did not ask my name, straight asked me what was my issue and asked me where did I get this car, It sounded like I am a brown guy not supposed to drive a BMW. However, I told my issue about USB audio and he went inside and grab BMW USB and told me my USB is broken which was not true. Then he looked at my tag, and dealership logo and told me I did not purchased my car from them So, I have to pay $295 just to see the USB connections. I told him I have the extended warranty and then he replied me that I don't have any warranty and my vehicle is out of warranty. So, after two weeks of waiting for the appointment, I was happy to see the service advisor but as soon as I saw Mr. Mike and his freaking attitude and rude behavior, I lost all of my morning excitement and he made my day so miserable. I felt like Mr. Mike just racially profiled me based on my color and English accent. Since I am a brown guy from Florida. I had seven BMW in my life, I know a lot of BMW dealership and service from south Florida to Chicago to Minneapolis very well. I never seen any BMW service advisor so rude like MR. MIKE. My regular dealership is BMW Minnetonka. They are way way better than this location. Please be advise, if anyone needs service for BMW and MINI don't choose this locations, they are extremely rude and services are horrible, use BMW service elsewhere. More
