I was humbled by the high quality of store I was met with, and even though I was purchasing a used vehicle, I felt that I was given top notch treatment. Tu Doan did a great job of presenting this 2012 Sienna to us and since we are from out of town he took the time to send us a walkaround video of the van. He also spent additional time making sure we were completely aware of the actual condition of the van. We were very pleased with the overall condition of the van and we feel we were treated very well and that the price was very fair. I can see from how Tu was running from task to task that we were not the only customer he had at that moment. I noticed after we were done that I had a notice to set up an appointment with Tu sitting in my junk folder, my apologies to Tu for what was probably an unexpected visit from us. Shawn is Amazing -Walked into the dealership expecting to purchase a Mercedes for 23k plus an extended warranty plan, but Shawn asked if I was sold on it or if i was w -Walked into the dealership expecting to purchase a Mercedes for 23k plus an extended warranty plan, but Shawn asked if I was sold on it or if i was willing to look at one of the BMWs they just got in. My initial thought, "he's going to try to sell me a higher priced vehicle.' Not only was the BMW significantly less than the Mercedes, but it was still under warranty for another 22 months. Blew my mind to have a salesman offer me a lower priced option. I would highly recommend Shawn to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. He listens to your needs and finds the best options for you. 10/10. More
