Just a quick test drive and chat with Shawn and Ty. Then when we knew what we wanted Shawn was extremely helpful in working to find us the right car. A few emails back and forth and we were able to come in, go for a quick ride, do the paperwork, and drive the vehicle home. I am pretty sure Shawn even stayed late while we were wrapping up our paperwork. Truly great service. More

I made an appointment to have Stephanie inspect my car the next day and she also told me she would connect me with a seasoned sales person to talk thru options. I told her I was looking at getting into another BMW! We got to the dealership and let Brad. He was also great! Walked us thru options, showed me the car I was looking at, didn’t overly try to get me into something else.... love that!!!he did explain some features on a couple other vehicles he thought I might not know existed, which I found interesting. Great experience. Love my new car! No pressure!! On top of it, great deal and financing! More

Having moved here from Denver this was our first purchasing experience at Motorwerks BMW. We absolutely loved the relationship we had with our Denver-area dealer and our Client Advisor there, and we were apprehensive about what the experience would be like at Motorwerks BMW. Well, we hit the jackpot! Luke Vreeland was the first Client Advisor we spoke to, and we immediately knew that we would have a buying experience and a relationship at the same level we had in Denver. We make vehicle purchase decisions based on a LOT of data -- especially technical data about the vehicle we are purchasing. Luke and Dylan were there every step of the way making sure that we had the information we needed. There was never any pressure to speed up our process. When it came time to discuss price, Dylan went out of his way to give us the best price possible, not only on the new X3 but also on our trade. WATCH OUT DONT SHOP HERE Well I bought A used 2013 335i for them. It was advertised both on there site and in there window sticker that the car had 18x8.0 front and 18x8.5 rea Well I bought A used 2013 335i for them. It was advertised both on there site and in there window sticker that the car had 18x8.0 front and 18x8.5 rear star spoke alloy rims. Well a day after I bought it I found out it has 17 inch rims on it. Yes I feel really dumb. First its my fault for not knowing what I was looking at and taking 2 different sales persons word and what there site and the sticker on the car said and second for not looking. But that is what I have paid for and that is what I want and trying to now get from them. After contacting them within 36 hours of buying the car and getting the run around I starting talking to Ursula. When I was in the dealership I was upset and told her I know longer wanted to deal with my sales person or his department as I felt I was getting the run around from them. She promised she would look into it and she would be calling me with a couple hours. I did get a call but was not from her but from my sales persons manger. By this time I was really upset I was just told that SHE would be contacting me. Now I will be honest and say I was rude and quite pissed at that person. I asked for her to call me back. Within just minutes she did call me back. At the end of the conversation I was told by her that they needed time to contact the old owner to find out what happened to them. I was also told when I asked if she didn't have them that they would be able to find another set and at the end of it all that I would have the correct rims and tires on the car. I under stand that this could take at-least a couple day to get figured out. I have been told by a goodyear dealer a tires plus and a independent tire shop that this is not good to run the car with the wrong size. I will affect the mph on the gauge and can affect how many mile are on the car. I also contact a 2 bmw dealership. Now I have been told by moterworks that everything the tire shops say is wrong. The 2nd bmw dealer land somewhere in the middle. Man all the is very confusing as there are 3 different size tires here. the car calls for 225/40/18 in the front and 255/35/18 in the rear. Right now there are 225/45/17 on all for corners. At this pint I dont know who or what to believe. Does my car report the right mph on the gauge. Ursula told me to drive by a radar trap that reads your mph and see if the gauge is off. I was also told the miles on the car could be way of. So id I buy a car with thousands of extra mile I dont know. I do know I am in love with the car. I was contacted today by Ursula and told that the old owner does not have the rims and that she said she never switch them. Ok well who did. This is a one owner car with now 48 thousands miles on it. Has the old owner been driving this way for every. Did they sell her the car back in 2013 with the wrong rims on it and its been drove for 5 years this way. Is the millage on the car way off? She also gave me 2 choices. 1) return the car for a full refund. 2) a check for 500 Thats it. Well I wont return the car and I wont take the 500. That is a insult. The correct rims for the car would cost 4187.07 for parts only. That is a quote from a different bmw dealer. Now they left the old owners info in the car. Well a bmw assist subscriber agreement. But it does have her phone number, her husbands and her daughters. I have a feeling there story and when I talk to the old owner of the car they wont match plus I am sure see would love to know that they left all this personal info of hers in the car. Really wish this review would let me post picture so I could show everyone the quote from the other dealer along with all the info I have gathered in the past couple of days. All I what is the rims I have paid. I am only posting this to share my experience so far. I will not respond to any of there postings unless its to make a time when I can get the right rims and tires put on my car. More
