Shawn was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. He put us at ease with our purchase. Many companies say that customer service is a priority, but do not follow through on this statement. Shawn exemplifies what good customer service truly is. If the need to buy another vehicle comes up, this purchasing experience will definitely have us check in with Shawn. Thanks for all your help. Great Customer Service! I recently purchased a 2011 Infiniti G37 Sedan from Shawn Simonet and Ty Hibbs. Starting off with the vehicle itself, Motorwerks had by far the best I recently purchased a 2011 Infiniti G37 Sedan from Shawn Simonet and Ty Hibbs. Starting off with the vehicle itself, Motorwerks had by far the best pricing in the metro area, comparable priced and speced G37s in the area had 10-15k more miles than this one. This vehicle was also very clean. I reached out to Shawn on a Saturday, the day they received the vehicle. He pushed to have the inspection completed Monday morning, put new tires and rear brakes, detail the vehicle and have to me by Tuesday morning. Because my previous vehicle broke down, they even gave me a free loaner 3-series. He was very prompt in responding to me. Shawn and Ty are extremely personable and professional. They are very easy to have casual, personal conversations and truly care about you and finding the right vehicle. This was by far the best car-buying experience that I have had and would highly recommend Motorwerks, Shawn and Ty to anyone. Thank you for all the help, I love my new Infiniti. More

The truth is I have had the most horrible and disadvantaged experience with your Dealership. 3 years ago I came in to buy a car and chose a Lexus, which after a week determined was not the right car for my needs. I returned to your dealership and was given the option of staying in the car or taking $3-4000 less than I had paid a week earlier on trade. (No New customer satisfaction guarantee was afforded me.) As a result I selected a 2007 BMW 528xi for $14k. It is a wonderful car an has served my needs well. I recently got a promotion and was looking to upgrade to a BMW with more features, the 2011 BMW 5 Series. I was told my credit was approved and should come in for evaluation of my trade. So now 3 years into my $14k BMW plus $4k from short Lexus deal, I was told my beloved BMW 2007 was worth $3000. Any deal on the 2011 BMW was not possible unless I again, 1) took a large deficit 2) Came with several thousands down 3) Double my current payment to be even more upside down I am saddened with the way I was treated as a customer and would never recommend your dealership to anyone seeking fair and honest treatment. I was taken advantage of in both deals and was compelled to take an upside down deal on the 2007 BMW from the start. My mistake was coming to your dealership and choosing a Lexus. From that point on I was totally taken for a ride as a customer. I know this is a general lead bucket, but just know I will tell this sad story anytime someone asks about your dealership.
