Outstanding Customer Service - Brad Davis I wanted to write a quick note about my recent experience with Brad Davis at the Bloomington BMW Motorwerks dealership. I had been looking for a not I wanted to write a quick note about my recent experience with Brad Davis at the Bloomington BMW Motorwerks dealership. I had been looking for a not very common certified pre-owned 6 Series coupe and stopped at the Motorwerks dealership and met with Brad. As he had no vehicles matching my specifications, he sat down with me and assisted with an online search. Despite my prior extensive searches bearing no fruit, he found a well priced 6 Series in Denver that perfectly fit my specifications. After he and I both spoke with the salesperson and saw videos of the vehicle , I purchased it over the phone, flew one way to Denver, and drove it back to MN. I absolutely love the car! After the sale, Brad followed up with me to see if all was well and offered to meet with me to further review the features of the vehicle. Talk about above and beyond! Had it not been for Brad sitting down with me to assist with the search (with nothing in it for himself), I probably would still be looking for my perfect car.
