Outstanding Customer Service - Brad Davis I wanted to write a quick note about my recent experience with Brad Davis at the Bloomington BMW Motorwerks dealership. I had been looking for a not I wanted to write a quick note about my recent experience with Brad Davis at the Bloomington BMW Motorwerks dealership. I had been looking for a not very common certified pre-owned 6 Series coupe and stopped at the Motorwerks dealership and met with Brad. As he had no vehicles matching my specifications, he sat down with me and assisted with an online search. Despite my prior extensive searches bearing no fruit, he found a well priced 6 Series in Denver that perfectly fit my specifications. After he and I both spoke with the salesperson and saw videos of the vehicle , I purchased it over the phone, flew one way to Denver, and drove it back to MN. I absolutely love the car! After the sale, Brad followed up with me to see if all was well and offered to meet with me to further review the features of the vehicle. Talk about above and beyond! Had it not been for Brad sitting down with me to assist with the search (with nothing in it for himself), I probably would still be looking for my perfect car. I can't say enough positive things about Brad and would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks Brad! Dave Mickelson More
Dylan was easy and highly-professional since 2006. Dylan Fernandes the man who make BMW as BMW. I am personally car engineer and I'm from EU. I was in BMW museum, so know what BMW means inside as well exterior & interrier. We used to bought BMW x5 at 2006, but now we have got Two new BMW x5 in the lease (2016 & 2018) with Dylan help of cause. Dylan was easy and highly-professional since 2006. We know him over 12 years and always happy with him. He provide very easy negotiation that is really fair and stress free. He also softly & politely provide very wise idea to make better result for customer. Finanacial portion of the deal has been significantly improved, e.g. everything has been done digitally with USB (Flash CRD) copies of all signed document that incredibly convenient and modern like BMW car. We would recommend to all our relative and all our friend contcat to Dylan Fernandes. More

I was quoted a little less than what I ended up paying but the car is incredible and I cannot complain. Even though I did not buy the fastest or most expensive car in the lot, even owning a BMW is humbling for me as I have worked hard to get here. I was greeted by friendly staff and Karen helped me out through the entire process. I can tell she was kind of new and did not have all the answers which is totally fine because she was patient and extremely kind. She made me feel like my business was valued.. where I did not feel this way was when I was working with Tom in finance. I am sure it was not intentional however his demeanor came off as condescending and a little rude. Finance is his specialty, not mine. So when I did not understand a few concepts, he explained it to me in a disdainful way. I just wanted to get it over with and out of his office. In a way I felt like he worked with me only because he had to and not entirely because he wanted to. I am in love with my car but I wish I was treated with a little more respect is all. Thank you Motorwerks for some awesome service! More

caveat emptor Unfortunately, there is no such ranking as no stars or negative - I’m forced to rate them higher than deserved at 1 star. I bought a used car, “as is” from Motorwerks, and they meant it. Shortly after, less than 5 days, check engine light came on. They were kind enough to remind me that it was “as is”. Puddle of oil from the car was found in my garage about the same time. Interestingly enough, they had the car on their lot for at least 1,000 miles before I bought it. No mention, no documentation of any problems. I guess it just happened right after I took it off their lot. Of course, my own fault for thinking Motorwerks may actually have, oh I don’t know, any type of scruples. Go ahead and buy a car from them. Perhaps the more you spend, the more they’ll care. I wouldn’t count on it. More
Far exceeded my customer service expectations! From day one I was made to feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The receptionist has great energy and is always helpful and respectful of my time. Tim Cady was flexible and attentive in my search for the perfect vehicle and assisted me in picking out a car that I love! My encore visit with Brett was a nice touch and he showed me features on my vehicle that I wasn't aware of previously. When I dropped my vehicle off to have the Ibex treatment, the incredible customer service continued. Rick Stulberg went above and beyond to help me as well as the man (don't know his name) who helped me to get a loaner vehicle. All in all I've never been treated so well as a customer and everyone seems to go the extra mile. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone or to purchase another vehicle from them!! They are amazing. More
It has been very bad I bought a A6 form this sales person and after less than 1000 miles the car brook down. The motor has to be replaced.
