Ed looked at the upcoming builds and deliveries from the Spartenburg plant and tagged a car with the color and features we wanted and had it delivered with in two weeks. We love it. Bad Customer Services. Do Not buy Cars from this Dealer On December 29, 2017, I purchased the 2014 Ford Explorer from BMW Motorwerks. The Used Car Manager-Ryan VanDeest gave me sale price at $21,500. I've a On December 29, 2017, I purchased the 2014 Ford Explorer from BMW Motorwerks. The Used Car Manager-Ryan VanDeest gave me sale price at $21,500. I've asked for additional $300 off. He agreed to it, however, he DID NOT take the $300 from the purchase price, instead he inflated the registration fee from $200 to $500 then reduce down to $200. Note that this number will be adjusted by the Finance Department regardless, so overall. I did not receive that $300 discount as he told me. Additionally, I found that the vehicle did not have any floor matts, so I told Ryan about it and he started to complaint about how he lost $$$$ on the deal and that the car came in without floor matts. Meanwhile, I was disappointed as I just paid over $23k (purchase price + tax + registration + fee) for a car and it does not have Floor Matts. Given the fact that BMW Motorwerks is a big dealer and I've bought 3 BMWs from them in the past. The next thing Ryan said was 'Do you want to cancel / undo the deal ?' Noted that at this time, I already signed the paperwork. There is no Used Car Manager that would cancel the deal because of the Floor Matts. Not only this guy is unethical as he lied about the registration fee but he also does not know how to do business. I was happy to cancel the deal, but at the same time, another used car manager came out and calm me down and promised that Motorwerk will order a another set of floor matts for me. On my way home, I left a voicemail and also email to the Customer Service Manager-Matt Mickelson but as of January 9, 2018 he has not return my call or email or follow up with me about the incident. More
