Above and beyond Dylan went above and beyond with my M3 purchase experience. He spent a couple hours with me and went through everything, answering all of my question Dylan went above and beyond with my M3 purchase experience. He spent a couple hours with me and went through everything, answering all of my questions and letting me get my head around going from intending to buy a 2018 X3 M40i to actually getting a 2018 M3. While my old X3 has summer tires and snow tires, he arranged it so that I could drive it in to the dealership with the snow tires mounted and then they would swap the tires and deliver my snows back to my house. That is extremely helpful and enabled us to get the deal done before the new year. I'd be happy to recommend Dylan and work with him again on when purchasing my next car. More

Only suggestion would be to eliminate the sales process during the finance/documentation stage - waste of time for me - but others may want to hear the options to spend money on various ways to insure aspects of the car.
