Used car purchase Frankly almost everything was excellent. Unfortunately, after I bought & signed the initial paperwork, I discovered they’d hidden some problems on the Frankly almost everything was excellent. Unfortunately, after I bought & signed the initial paperwork, I discovered they’d hidden some problems on the used car from me. The problems were listed by their own service people, on Motorwerks internal vehicle inspection report. They would’ve never shown it to me if I wouldn’t have asked for it. It’s the most obvious problem with buying a used car - fearing the seller won’t be honest about problems. I expected more from Motorwerks. But I got the same level of honesty I’d get on Craigslist. I called the sales guy & the GM in the hopes they’d acknowledge things & maybe try to make me a customer for life (I buy a new car every 2 years). One of them never even responded. The other guy implied it was my problem...well at least they’re consistent. More

I don't generally do customer reviews, but in this case our exceptional salesman, Shawn Simonet, deserves a special shout out for extraordinary custom I don't generally do customer reviews, but in this case our exceptional salesman, Shawn Simonet, deserves a special shout out for extraordinary customer service. Pleasant. No pressure. Patient. Pragmatic. Shawn spent hours with me last week shopping, comparing and test driving two new (CPO, used) BMWs (for my wife and me), finding the best pricing and special offers, and juggling different trade in options. He made the whole experience very fun and hassle-free. No wonder he wins so many BMW salesman awards. He's the best! More
