My first contact with Motorwerks resulted from an airbag issue with my 330ci convertible. Brady in the service department went above and beyond to resolve it. This set a positive tone about the dealership, and I recently started looking for a vehicle to replace my wife’s Audi A6. We stopped in and had the pleasure of meeting Shawn Simonet. He was very knowledgeable and professional with a no pressure approach to sales. It was also quite apparent that he loves BMWs. We also worked with Ty Hibbs, and these gentlemen make a great team They did everything they said they would do, and in an extremely professional and pleasant way. We eventually purchased a beautiful 320xi, and my wife is VERY pleased. She said she might even let me drive it occasionally! I would recommend Shawn, Ty and Motorwerks without hesitation. More
