Terrible Service Experience and $20 for "gas fee" for Loaner We'll not use this dealership for service in the future. At drop-off was asked to stand by wall, was kept waiting for 15-20 min. Then was told no loa We'll not use this dealership for service in the future. At drop-off was asked to stand by wall, was kept waiting for 15-20 min. Then was told no loaner, only to be told ok there is a loaner car (appt. was booked well in advance FOR loaner). Then was told loaner was $20 fee (that's not shown anywhere). All in all, very disorganized and disappointing. Oh and in addition...the only crisp communication was from sales BEFORE the service appointment - did I want to do a trade review for new purchase... More

Terrible customer service stay away from this dealership i walked out of this dealership. They try to bring you in and give totally different quotes. Stay away from this dealership. Very rude, disrespectful i walked out of this dealership. They try to bring you in and give totally different quotes. Stay away from this dealership. Great Experience! I was trying for months to make a deal happen at another dealership in the twin cities, they would not even deal. Walked into Motorwerks and struck a deal in 30 min with VERY little negotiation, they obviously wanted to sell a car! Found working with Tim to be very easy and he was a fellow enthusiast as well, which always helps! Waited two months for my special order and was kept updated with every step along the way. the best part was taking deliver and the digital paperwork, it was the fastest and easiest car buying experience i've had! thanks again!
