Shawn went out of his way like no other sales person I have ever met. I wanted my wife to see the BMW 3 series but she was not able to get to the dealership. Never drop car off unattended when switching Car Makers! Came to drop my car off and the Lady who do returns was at lunch so I left my car at Motorwerks Bloomington,MN. for an appointment at Feldmann Import Came to drop my car off and the Lady who do returns was at lunch so I left my car at Motorwerks Bloomington,MN. for an appointment at Feldmann Import Bloomington. Came back one hour later my car has been inspected and washed with a dent that was not there. They fail to review security cameras as to what the car looked like when I returned it. Salesman had attitude when I mentioned I was buying a S550 Mercedes. More
