Volume dealership I've now purchased one from BMW of Minnetonka and one from Motorwerks, far better experience at Minnetonka. My salesman called me by the wrong name th I've now purchased one from BMW of Minnetonka and one from Motorwerks, far better experience at Minnetonka. My salesman called me by the wrong name the entire time, I can understand initially, but after I've filled out all the paperwork and my correct name is on many documents, I would think it would be caught. I came back a week later to drop off my title and second key from my trade-in and left it with someone at the front desk because my salesperson was with someone. I got a call a few days later asking me if I could bring my title in, so it was never given to the appropriate person. When picking my car up from service; I sat in the lounge area for easily 20 minutes waiting for them to bring my car up. I was called when my registration came in but was unable to answer so I had to call back, the person I was trying to reach didn't have voicemail so whoever answered the phone wrote it down. I'll be very surprised if my registration shows up and she actually got the message. This dealership is geared toward volume which is why then can beat Minnetonka on price, but in terms of anything else, Motorwerks loses. I'll be taking my car to Minnetonka for anything service related. More

I've had better service. If you are not there to buy a BMW, you are not priority (Reason for No on recommending the dealership). Sales guy was nice, but seemed like he was gea If you are not there to buy a BMW, you are not priority (Reason for No on recommending the dealership). Sales guy was nice, but seemed like he was gearing towards the end of his shift and didn't seem too eager to sell the car; like he had better things to take care of. Another sales man that only deals with brand new cars was more talkative, friendly, personable and willing to show us things even though he knew what we were there for. When the car was purchased, we were never shown, nor asked if we wanted them to go through the "bells and whistles" of the car. We waited upstairs for the finance department for over an hour and once we were finished we were given the keys to start the transfer of our personal items from one vehicle to the next. The sales rep was already on to the next customer and had to interrupt in order to finalize everything on our end, which was really awkward. Our sales rep was helpful with answering questions that we had, but felt we were a waste of his time. We would not go back to buy a car here unless it was an unbeatable price. Even though I did not buy a BMW, it still was a big purchase for me. I've dealt with a couple of dealerships before and never felt this way with any of them. More
