You can tell that he genuinely wants you to feel you're in good hands. Warranty Service Challenging My wife and I attempted to purchase a low mileage used 2017 X1, however we were unable to locate a vehicle that matched what we wanted at Motorwerks. My wife and I attempted to purchase a low mileage used 2017 X1, however we were unable to locate a vehicle that matched what we wanted at Motorwerks. So, we found the exact 2017 X1 at another dealer, who was located out of state. We had some challenges sorting out how the warranty issues were going to be addressed, between our out of state BMW dealer and our local BMW dealership, but ultimately the service repairs were worked out. FYI, to post a review it requires entering a salesman from the pre-defined list of values. We have no issue with the salesman (Eric) at BMW Motorwerks. Our issues were entirely related to servicing the vehicle and Motorwerks has addressed our issues and explained everything to our satisfaction. More

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone I respect I guess I should have been more careful. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer so I felt a little bit nervous. I realized much later that I guess I should have been more careful. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer so I felt a little bit nervous. I realized much later that I should have probably asked around first. I felt very mishandled and frustrated in this process. Natalie told me an interest rate that I found suiting to my needs then when I met with the finance person at BMW they told me something completely different that was much higher than I had anticipated. I don't know why she would lie to me or tell me something she didn't know about. I also wanted to make a significant downpayment for my car and apparently that was not communicated with the finance department. I wanted my interest rate to be lower and if I put money down I believe it would have made a difference in the rate I got. I didn't feel satisfied once I realized that no one was really listening to what I as the buyer wanted to do to make this a manageable purchase. Since I am young and I don't have a lot of experience with this kind of thing, I feel like I was taken advantage of. They really wanted to get me out of there and move on to the next person. I get that as a salesperson, it's their job to make the sale, but this is just inexcusable. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership unless I want them to feel exploited and unsatisfied. This experience left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and I don't want to ever deal with these people again. More
