Last January, we helped purchase a used 2007 bmw for our son. Even though the purchase was under $10k, Shawn provided great customer service and treated us with the same respect, enthusiasm, and attention as if we were making a $100k purchase. Shawn also came through for us again today. Our Honda Pilot lease was up and Buerkle Honda reneged on an agreement to pay us a portion of the equity, and, needless to say, we were angry. We remembered the experienced with Shawn and reached out to him. He once again came through for us giving us a fair deal with turning in the Honda's lease through them.
