Financing was a little disappointing. We submitted our application before going to dealer but our preapproval was not done. BMW Finance offered a rate (that was reasonable) and the finance rep submitted our app to six different banks without running it by us first. So we got six hits to our credit report, to save us less than 0.20%. Given the option, I would probably accepted the BMW finance rate to avoid the extra hits. Overall, I would do it again, with some direction on the financing or just line up my financing ahead of time. More

Ayman was awesome! Held a car for me until i could fly out to pick it up. On the night of pick up it snowed and i was planning to drive home that same night which is out of state. Awesome buying experience. I am in SD, so Andrew took pictures, videos, got me any info I requested, made sure the vehicle was detailed, full of fuel AND picked me up from the Hotel. Everyone was very helpful and patient in helping me with my purchase of the GMC Acadia Denali. The only down side was the wait time to get my financing done.
