Shawn Simo I purchased a CPO vehicle today and was thoroughly happy with the new end-to-end sales and finance process put in place by Motorwerks BMW. Shawn Simonet provided excellent support on the sales side, including great communications. The finance leader, Mike, made the final step of the process very easy, with the new contract-development process that is being prototyped with the dealership. If I hadn't slowed down the process by chewing the fat with everyone, it is likely I could have been in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I was happy with the price we worked out after a couple quick conversations ahead of time. Nice work by all. More

My first "adult" car With the completion of graduate school about one month away, I was in the market for my first "adult" car. I wanted something nice, budget-conscious and dependable. After initially searching for an SUV I ultimately decided the X1 would be the perfect fit for me as a young professional. I found my car through the Motorwerks website and sent a generic email letting them know my interest. Promptly the following morning, I got an email from Shawn and we proceded to get in touch over the phone. He walked me through the credit application process, found me an awesome college grad rebate (which paid all the sales tax on my car by the way!!!) and gathered all the necessary documents so the credit application was approved when I walked into the dealership. All I had to do was take the car for a test drive, sign the paperwork and go. It was the easiest first car purchase I could have asked for! Shawn was happy to answer any questions I had, explained everything as we signed the paper work and made sure my phone was synced with the car's Bluetooth before I drove off the lot. In addition to his excellent customer service, he also took the time to learn a little about me on a personal level. We will be sure to visit Shawn and BMW Motorwerks for all our routine maintenance and future purchases. More
