I got a Pre-Owned BMW 328i Convertible and after taking it home the first night I heard a noise in the engine. I told Natalie about the issue, and she and Service Adviser Brian Rotter immediately activated their 'We Owe" policy, and my vehicle's issue was corrected and returned to me repaired and cleaned. A week later and she is running well, so I truly appreciate Motorwerks stepping up to the plate and making sure the issue was corrected to BMW standards and running the way a BMW should. More

Every part of the process we received excellent information and knowledge about the brand. After going outside and sitting in a few cars we choose one to test drive. Brad came along and took us on a great journey to learn the car (BMWX5Msport). We went through price options and purchased the car. The showroom was clean, spacious and inviting. I know when I do need service that I'll be able to sit comfortably and wait. More
