Lease end nightmares I must really love my BMWs to put up with the lease end shenanigans. I'm doing everything exactly as the dealer told me and I'm currently making payme I must really love my BMWs to put up with the lease end shenanigans. I'm doing everything exactly as the dealer told me and I'm currently making payments on TWO very nice BMWs, one of which I turned in and was promised a check closing out the old lease by December 12, today is the 29th. Dropped the ball I purchased a 2012 BMW in early December. It was bitterly cold outside and I declined a test drive, but thought I would be able to inspect the car ins I purchased a 2012 BMW in early December. It was bitterly cold outside and I declined a test drive, but thought I would be able to inspect the car inside. The sales person took me to a waiting room, where I sat alone for about 20 minutes with no clue as to what was happening - I thought maybe they were bringing the car inside because someone went out and moved it. Then the finance manager came out and said congratulations and went through all the financing and sale details. I said I never even sat in the car or had a chance to inspect it. She said let's finish the paperwork and if you decide not to take deliver, we'll tear up the documents. That done, the sales rep reappeared, took my out into the cold and said it was mine. I said I'd like to at least sit in it. I decided to take the car. When the weather warmed up I was able to inspect closer and discovered a chip in the windshield. I stopped by the dealer without an appointment. I waited 20 minutes for a manager. He never came out of his office. So I left my business card and asked him to call. It has been 5 days and he still hasn't called. One other disappointment, the 30 day warranty expires soon and I have never seen the top go down, so I don't know if it works or not. More

Great experience leasing a brand new BMW I worked with Anthony Williams - it was my first time buying a brand new BMW, although I have owned 2.
