This was a great experience. We identified a used vehicle that we were interested in. Arranged for a test drive (10 minutes from showing up at the dealer to the test drive). Knew we wanted the vehicle and sp that we were interested in. Arranged for a test drive (10 minutes from showing up at the dealer to the test drive). Knew we wanted the vehicle and spent, maybe, 10 minutes reviewing pricing and arriving at a final price. The dealer had all of the paperwork done in 30 minutes (provide ID and insurance, sign papers). This was a Saturday and we arranged to pick up the vehicle on Monday. When we picked it up it was washed, cleaned, and filled with gas. The "check out" process was very smooth and quick. Great experience, which is a reflection of the great people they hire. I'll be back when we're next in the market for an auto. More

DO NOT BUY THE MAINTENANCE PLANS THEY PUSH AT MOTORWERKS BMW!!!! They dont tell you (at least they did not tell me) that the maintenance plan is 100% non refundable - they changed their policy, it used to BMW!!!! They dont tell you (at least they did not tell me) that the maintenance plan is 100% non refundable - they changed their policy, it used to be refundable. You have to read all the fine print yourself at this dealership. I know this because my car was totaled before I ever used the maintenance plan. I paid $3,699 for a 100,000 mile maintenance plan that was never used even one time. The response I got was...well our policy says you bought it more than 60 days ago so we keep all your money. Go call your insurance company, maybe they will give you the money we took from you (my insurance company was clear that is not covered). I called BMW North America Customer Care and they told told me it was definitely refundable. So lots of run around to be had with these guys. In the end...after telling me NO REFUND for three weeks they offered me a free maintenance plan if I bought another car from them. By that time I already purchased a new car - I have to get to work and was not buying from them after the service and treatment I received. And they only offered this after I contacted the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! STAY AWAY FROM MOTORWERKS MAINTENCE PLANS!!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! IN FACT....MAYBE CONSIDER MINNETONKA BMW INSTEAD!!!! More
