Unfortunately we ran into the typical, high pressure sales far too often. Thankfully, we then met Tim Cady at Motorwerks BMW. Tim took the time to understand our motivation for shopping for a different car and what needs our family had. Even though we were purchasing a used Ford vehicle versus a new BMW Tim made us feel like we were the most important client in the building that day.
