Flawless buying experience, I recommend Adam Corte I called the dealership and asked for someone in new car sales. They gave me Adam Corte. So quickly I drove to the dealership that afternoon, test drove the car, and purchased it all within a short period of time. I had a great buying experience without the typical haggle back and forth. Ask for Mike Vang! I have owned several BMWs over the last decade and have had many visits to the service department for regularly scheduled oil change/car maintenance. I have owned several BMWs over the last decade and have had many visits to the service department for regularly scheduled oil change/car maintenance. My last visit stands out because of Mike Vang. Mike helped me with a very uncommon problem that is not even an issue for the majority of car owners but of course, I became a bit high maintenance and Mike took over, fixed the problem and went well beyond what is considered good customer service.....He provided excellent customer service. Great car buying experience! I have never called car buying a great experience before- but my interaction with everyone at Motorwerks BMW was fabulous. From being greeted at the door to the final piece of paperwork, it was amazing! I especially wanted to recognize Tim Cady for his professionalism, his hard work on finding the right car, and his amazing follow-up. It was a very hectic day at the dealership but Tim made sure I was informed as to where we were in the process of getting the car out of detailing and me on the road home!!! And because it was so hectic, Tim couldn't do a thorough walk through of the features and operation of the car, so we are scheduling time for me to return to Motorwerks to go through the finer points! I can't say enough great things about this experience and Tim Cady! More
