I worked with a different sales person the first time I leased a BMW from Motorwerks and had a good experience. I was disappointed that he left but was very pleasantly surprised at how much better my expe leased a BMW from Motorwerks and had a good experience. He is very easy to work with and didn't make me feel uncomfortable when I had special requests. I am very hopeful to work with Dylan again on my next transaction. More
I called in at least one week prior to setup a appointment, arrived at the dealership and explained the problem, then I waited for almost 45 minuts to a hour for the shuttle, the wait is not the p appointment, arrived at the dealership and explained the problem, then I waited for almost 45 minuts to a hour for the shuttle, the wait is not the proble because I appreciate the shuttle but no one ever came out and informed me of where the shuttle was untill I had to ask. Then that day I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle which was around 3:00 pm finding out they just started on it, why do I make a appointment for ? Found out that it wont be done now I have to scrammble to find transportation, I work in St Paul and live in Brooklyn Park, this put me in a bad spot but I worked it out, next day same thing car wasnt done untill 4:00 pm and I was suppose to be in Coon Rapdids at 6:30, this wasnt going to happen I havent even been picked up , so once again I had to rearrnge my schedule, shuttle arrived at 4:45 and we proceeded to Motorworks, arrived and went to pay the Bill and now the Invoice is incorrect, overcharged, finally got that solved and off I was. Bottom line is no communication and mistakes but the service on the vehicle is great, next time if they cant get to my car at 7:30 then call me before hand so I can make a decesion or reschedule. More

JOHN GIESE: He helps customer all the way. I only come due to John to get the work done. He is good advisor. Tech(s)637 Was friendly. I went to Motorwerks after some very so so experiences elsewhere. I met Matt Mitchell who is the best, most knowledgeable, and friendliest salesman I have ever met. I just bought my 2nd BMW, first was from a different dealer. This time I wanted to experience motorwerks. After many weeks of test driving, I settled for 3 series convertible. He isa remarkable salesman. Do yourselves a favor next time you go to MW.. Insist on dealing with Rick. He is knowledgable, very courteous, and gives you good deals without any haggling. He made my car purchase an enjoyable experience. I've bought 4-5 cars, I've never had anyone take pictures for me and my family in the new car. Believe me, he is phenomenal. More
I have been a customer of BMW Motorwerks since 2000 when I bought my first BMW. My car buying experience at that time was horrible and left a very bad taste in my mouth. But I continued to service my car with Motorwerks. Back in 2005 when I was in the process of buying my 2nd BMW, I decided to give Motorwerks a 2nd chance to mend fences sort of speak with me and change my opinion of Motorwerks. Again I experienced a horrible buying experience and in fact I actually flew to St. Louis, MO to purchase my 2nd BMW and the only reason I continue to service my car with Motorwerks is because they happen to be the closest dealership to where I live. So they get my business by default. Up until this point in time the service I have received while servicing my car at Motorwerks has been acceptable. They have done an adequate job over the years but I have never gotten the sense that they would go over and beyond for a customer. I have always had the feeling that they know they are one of only 2 dealerships in town and because of this they don't need to go out of their way to help the customer because the customer really has nowhere else to go. My recent experience with Motorwerks has been the last straw for me. At the end of August 2011 I took my M3 in for service to have my alignment fixed/adjusted. At the end of April 2011 I put brand new tires on my car and noticed that the car pulled a little so I needed my alignment adjusted hence the reason for bring my car in for service at Motorwerks. Recently I noticed that my rear tires on the car were wore out which struck me as very strange since I just put these new tires on the car at the end of April 2011 and the tires had only a little over 11,000 miles on them. I noticed that the tires were wore unevenly. So I took the tires back to where I purchased them to have them look at them. I was informed that the tires were wore out because of bad alignment on my car. So I then took my tires and car back to Motorwerks to see how we could resolve the situation. All I have gotten from Motorwerks is the run around (not that I expected anything less from them given the past history). They are pointing the finger at the tires and will not own up to the fact that the alignment was done incorrectly. I don't care what the "specs" say, which they keep referring back to, the point of the matter is that my "brand new" tires are wore out. I even took the advice of Brett Dahlgren, Motorwerks service manager and got a 3rd opinion from a neutral party. This party was Discount Tires and they confirmed after looking at the tires, that the uneven ware was caused by bad alignment. So at this point all I want is to have my rear tires replaced on my car. It seems to be the least that can be done to rectify an otherwise ugly situation. Very, very dissatisfied customer, Scott Barrett More
