I would strongly recommend that others avoid this dealership based on my recent experience. I brought my vehicle in for a routine 30k mile service and was quoted approximately $1,700 for what was dealership based on my recent experience. I brought my vehicle in for a routine 30k mile service and was quoted approximately $1,700 for what was presented as “by the book” maintenance. While the staff did provide explanations, those explanations centered around adding numerous services and fluid flushes that I later confirmed are not typically required at this mileage. I reached out to another local dealership as well as the company’s main office, both of which quoted $200–$400 for comparable service. When I brought up this large discrepancy, I was met with repeated pushback rather than a reasonable discussion. I declined the service but did proceed with a tire pressure gauge repair and was charged $300, which also appears significantly higher than standard pricing. At the end of the day, this didn’t come across as a difference in opinion—it felt like aggressive upselling and inflated pricing, backed by arguments when questioned. That’s not the kind of environment where a customer can feel confident they’re being treated fairly. I would strongly encourage anyone considering service here to get a second opinion before agreeing to any work. I will not be returning. More
