I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your new Gladiator. I understand your frustration, but I believe there is some confusion I'd like to clear up. You leased a Mojave Gladiator for 27 months and 10,000 miles per year. Our lease special listed online last month was for a Rubicon Gladiator for 36 months and 7500 miles per year. The Rubicon also qualified for more rebates than the Gladiator, rebates that are determined by the manufacturer, not the dealer. I'm sorry that you feel that you were not treated fairly. Not only do we have the lowest Documentary fee in the state at $225, while most dealers are north of $650, but we also refrain from adding unwanted dealer addendums for pre-installed options that raise the price. We are transparent in how we price our vehicles and how we conduct our business. We have attempted to contact you several times to explain the difference in hopes of helping you understand the discrepancy. We are a locally owned and operated family dealership who takes our reputation and our customer experience very seriously. I'd be happy to discuss further if you are interested.

I actually wanted the high tide that was less expensive than both Mojave or rubicon. I was told there wasn’t any. I even inquired about the white one with red stripe on grill. Was told it was used, which it was. Now I see the black high tide still advertised on your website. 25k cheaper. I would have purchased outright. Now I’m in a financial black hole with this. By the way the no response is I don’t need you to explain to me why I’m wrong, or don’t understand. Please pay off my trade before I make another payment. And how will I receive this extra money that was paid?
