DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. Salesman Tony Coleman will treat you like you’re a total moron. I dropped $49,000 cash on a Ram 2500 Laramie with 57,000 miles. Then called a week later because as soon as I got home I realized the brakes were squealing like a stuck pig. Tony told me 30 days anything wrong, they will fix it, no questions, no xx. So I take it in to get the brakes looked at (of course I had to take a day off work and it was weeks away, just shy of 30 days) and they want to charge me for a brake job. I ask to talk to a manager, but he’s “in a meeting”. Ok, I’ll wait. “Oh, he’s going to be in a meeting all day”, of course he is. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Once you cut the check, they will have no problem sticking it to ya. But I suppose it’s my fault for trusting a hillbilly dealership in Troy Missouri. Save yourself the headache and go to a big name dealership down the road. THESE PEOPLE NEED JESUS. You can’t trust a handshake deal, you can’t trust anything that comes out of their mouths. Before buying a vehicle I will start by saying the sales man (tony) was very good at helping me and my wife find a vehicle that we liked a lot . He even wrote a work order and gave me a copy. So far so good. My bank had pre-approved my loan so Cassie just had to fill out his paperwork and easy sale. he also had said that the vehicle had passed state inspection done by there automotive shop and sold me a warranty for. $ 5.000 and said it covered everything with the no cost out of my pocket. On the way home the brakes started getting bad and stopped working almost completely. They towed it back to mountain top motors Front passenger side brake cylinder had to be replaced. (But they said vehicle passed inspection. ) when they picked up the vehicle they said my seat was at there shop and would be installed also. The seat they put in still does not work properly . Now the automotive department said they paid $700.00 for a new seat and they were not replaceing it again . It still don't work now it works forward and backwards but still does not go up and down. The engine had a a misfire which I told Tony about it he sent me to there shop in Moscow mills, they said it would be $240.00 to change the spark plugs and that the warranty did not cover it.so much for the warranty. Ii am getting my vehicle reinspected and will also be reporting them to state because of the brakes,they could have killed us. BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING A CAR FROM THEM!!! . My advice have any vehicle you get at Mountain top motors in troy mo. Inspected somewhere with better and more reliable mechanics, alsomake sure anything that needs to be fixed is done before it leaves the lot . DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! More

If I could choose 0 stars I would , avoid this place at all cost. It was by far the WORST purchase experience of my life, and now we are stuck with a 30,000.00 piece of garbage. Engine light has been in since day 2, the roof leaks , the tires had to be replaced immediately, have been towed 10 times, truck wasn't even in my possession because it was broke down during the 30 day warranty period , they assured me that they would take care of the situation and after the 30 days they told me I was out of luck ! I went here because of the good ratings but was also informed later that they offer you a gift card to give them a good rating, otherwise they wouldn't have any, Im sure ! This place is the WORST! First off, let me say the experience with Brandon and the guys there was pretty good. They were easy to work with and very fast. My only warning would be to make sure you look over your vehicle thoroughly. After further inspection from buying my truck, I found a lot of cosmetic issues with the paint. Some of that is on me as I should have inspected it much further before I purchased. But there were plenty of spots with globbed on touch up paint and one spot on the roof of my truck that was scratched down to the bare metal! For a place that touts they sell really clean trucks, I was surprised to find this. It was on the roof so I definitely didn't notice it at the dealership. Also, by the time I got it home I had a tail light out. That could be coincidental obviously but it sucks none the less when you spend a bunch of money on a vehicle. Again, the service was great and I do still love my truck but I definitely want to mention this for future buyers. More

I bought a Jeep July 24th, the sales guy was nice as they usually always are. I went to the finance guy to fill out all my paper work was sold a warranty that was to cover everything and pay nothing out of p usually always are. Well come to find out that isn’t entirely true I had to get a radiator replaced (I took the risk buying a used vehicle so that’s not a big deal) well I had to use the warranty company and still had to pay out of pocket. I was lied to. It’s now August 17th and haven’t received the title paper work so I can get plates for my car. Was told they would call when it came in. I call and get transferred to a title clerk but the phone never gets picked up. It’s quite ridiculous so please buyer beware. I shouldn’t have to put so much effort into tracking it down. More
