Always find major problems I have had my car in on two occasions and on both the service people tried very very hard to get my consent on doing these expensive repairs. One of I have had my car in on two occasions and on both the service people tried very very hard to get my consent on doing these expensive repairs. One of which had already been done. Prices are very high. I was cobracted about a recall told to make an appointment when I tried I was told the parts had to be ordered and that the repair could not be done without leaving the car all day. Notice said between 1-2 gours. More

Check Engine Alert The check engine light came on in the instrument panel of my 2012 Traverse over the weekend. I called Mtn View Chevrolet by 8:00 AM on Monday morning. The check engine light came on in the instrument panel of my 2012 Traverse over the weekend. I called Mtn View Chevrolet by 8:00 AM on Monday morning. The gentleman I talked to in the service dept made me an appointment for 10:30 AM. I was there by 10:00 AM, and by 11:00 AM the problem was solved. The repair was made and I was ready to go in a reasonable amount of time. GREAT SERVICE! More
