New vehicle scheduled maintenance I had a 9:30 am appointment, arrived at 9:15, was taken to the waiting area where I had access to coffee and reading material. The Very Best Auto and Customer Service Just got my 2011 Chevy Malibu back after having a transmission problem repaired and we are extremely pleased with the service as we always are. We h Just got my 2011 Chevy Malibu back after having a transmission problem repaired and we are extremely pleased with the service as we always are. We had to leave the car for a few days because the parts had to be ordered. We were able to get a loaner car while my car was being repaired so I didn't have to worry about how I would get to work. Jamie let me know how things were progressing with the car and when I called the Service Dept., everyone I talked to was so nice. I never worry about the work they do, because it is always great. My husband and I live in Rocky Face, GA and we ended up at Mountain View Chevrolet in Chattanooga late one afternoon in November of 2010 to take a look at the cars there, we were considering trading my 2005 Malibu. Scott showed us several cars on the lot and answered a lot of our questions. I was concerned that we would be pressured to buy something then, but that did not happen. I liked the 2011 Malibu and decided to take it for a test drive. I loved it and so we decided to buy it then and drive it home. We were impressed with Scott and everyone we dealt with at Mountain View so we wanted to get the service done there also. We have always had the service done there since we bought the car. People ask why we go all the way up there so far away when we could have the service done here in Dalton at a Chevy dealer but we just like everyone at Mountain View Chevrolet and trust the Service Department with our car, so it is worth the trip. Sean Karr did an amazing job, which I'm sure he always try's to do with all his customers. I'm just sorry I didn't write my review sooner, with 2 small children & the holidays life plans don't always work out the way we'd like them to. Sean's customer service was above & beyond what I had received from a previous car lot, who wouldn't even let me see something new. Sean went along with only my word that my credit was good enough to look at a new vehicle. It came back as great credit, & with a minor set back the deal was still able to go through. So I will forever be thankful for Sean Karr & Mountain View Chevrolet for their outstanding customer service, & great respect. Job well done! Thank You. More
