Great Service and Great Deal I had an accident in my 2001 2500HD Silverado LT purchased new in 2001 and was thinking it might be totaled out. Started looking for a replacement. I had planned on purchasing later in the year as I was on a savings plan preparing for the purchase. I knew I wanted a Silverado 2500HD LTZ with Duramax engine. When I found by using the internet that Mountain View Chevrolet had the last 2015 in the SouthEast I decided to check with them about the purchase. I talked with Russ Liscomb (Sales Mgr.) and emailed back and forth a couple of times and he assigned Chris Morgan to complete the deal. I had only seen pictures so my wife and I went down on Christmas Eve and looked at the truck to get a little better idea but because the dealership was closed we could not get inside or take a test drive. Really liked the truck although it had more options than I had wanted or needed. Chris and I worked out the details of a trade (2001 not totaled) and reached a mutual decision. The first time I drove the vehicle was when I left the dealership after the purchase. Drives great and runs great and still getting used to all the new stuff. The first drive was just as I expected from a new Chevrolet. The dealership could not have been more helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Always answering my questions an offering solutions to concerns. More

New vehicle scheduled maintenance I had a 9:30 am appointment, arrived at 9:15, was taken to the waiting area where I had access to coffee and reading material. My vehicle was ready in twenty minutes and had been fully serviced including tire pressure check, fluid checks, and oil change. The staff was courteous and professional.
