Over the holidays I had a few hours to burn and I decided to see what Mtn View had on the lot in terms of 2015 Silverados. I met my sales person, Dean Pavlou, for the first time that morning. I found Dean to be aggressive (in a very nice way) and knowledgeable and he was determined that this time Mtn View was going to win my business. He was respectful, focused, courteous and very enthusiastic. He delivered and he won my business. I found the entire experience to be quite good. Sean also did an excellent job going over the various offers that GM makes available as it concerns extended warranties/coverages. More

Best service/Lowest rates I haven't used this Chevrolet dealership before, and I had what I believed to be a loose oil filter causing a leak. I went ahead and scheduled an oil I haven't used this Chevrolet dealership before, and I had what I believed to be a loose oil filter causing a leak. I went ahead and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Well It did take them a little longer than expected but they were more friendly than some of the other Chevrolet dealerships I have used, and they had much better rates than any of them as well. Fantastic Dealership Tim Cook and the sales team at Mountain View Chevy made us feel welcome and comfortable. We walked into the dealership on a whim to look at trucks and Tim Cook and the sales team at Mountain View Chevy made us feel welcome and comfortable. We walked into the dealership on a whim to look at trucks and were greeted with a smile and a firm handshake by Tim. He listened to all of our requests and suggested the right truck to fit what we were looking for. Took the truck he suggested for a test drive (without a high pressure sales person in tow) which gave us the chance to look and talk in private. No high pressure sales, not a pushy sales team at all. Many thanks to the team at Mtn View Chevy, (Josh Brewer, Sean Standifer, and especially Tim Cook) who all graciously helped us get into our new Silverado at a great price.
