Serving my Tahoe I had an appointment and arrived earlier. The Service writer was very nice and friendly. They had my Tahoe ready and I was on my way in about 45 mins. 100,000 mile checkup we brought our yukon in for service, wound up getting 4 new tires and they forgot to align them. we made an appointment for the next saturday morning we brought our yukon in for service, wound up getting 4 new tires and they forgot to align them. we made an appointment for the next saturday morning, but when we got there at 8am, the "alignment guy" didn't come into work that day, so we had to reschedule. we rescheduled for 7:30am monday morning and it took 2 1/2 hours for the alignment. the thing that really irritated me though was that there was oil or grease all over my inside driver door. i had to clean it off before i could close the door. It was everywhere! this is inexcusable. please at least clean up after yourself. after spending over $3000 for service, i think this is the least we could expect. many other dealerships include a free car wash, etc. please step it up. More

Service Not what I expected. My truck was sent to a shop down the road even though I had appointment at dealership and was not told this. Appointment was at 9 Not what I expected. Expensive Hidden Charges Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and had an electric window that was off track. I had to pay a 100.00 plus diagnostic fee to figure out what was wrong with the window. I had a raddling noise that was checked out. After it was all over The bill was almost 700.00. I was expecting maybe 250 if the motervin the window was bad. Moter an electric relay etc. They even had another 900.dollars if suggested work that needed to be done. More
