Service The service advisor, Kyle Montgomery, tried to deny the warranty coverage of 3 years or 36,000 miles because a non AC Delco air filter was not install The service advisor, Kyle Montgomery, tried to deny the warranty coverage of 3 years or 36,000 miles because a non AC Delco air filter was not installed in the car and service had not been done there. He then tried to charge me over $800 for the repairs. Also it took four weeks to do the repair, some of this was due to a back order of a part, and I had to call to find out anything except for the last two weeks. To get it covered I had to involve the shop Director, Jimmy Clark. When the car was finally ready and picked up by me Kyle just said their it is and Thank you. He never gave any explanation of the extra work that was done and when questioned his response was just “ Yea”. I DEEPLY REGRET buying the car from Mtn. View and even more so having any work done there. I will NOT recommend Mtn. View to anyone or will I take it back for ANY work. All me business will go back to Walter Jackson Chevy in Ringgold ,GA. More

Unbelievable The service I received at Mtn. View Chevrolet was nothing short of unbelievable, and not in a positive way. I took my car in for servicing after a che The service I received at Mtn. View Chevrolet was nothing short of unbelievable, and not in a positive way. I took my car in for servicing after a check engine light appeared. Less than 1000 miles prior to this I had the same issue looked at by another Chevrolet dealer and the dealer gave me a print out of the issues. I had those issues fixed by another service center locally. I also had new brakes, new rotors, and a mirage of other things done to the vehicle to get it ready for my 16 year old daughter to drive. When I received the call from Mtn. View to tell me everything that was wrong with the car, red flags went up all over the place. I simply took the car for a check engine light with less than 1000 miles on it since the last Chevrolet inspection. Mtn. View told me I needed to replace everything that I had just had fixed....I needed all new brakes and rotors, I needed to fix a couple of other issues that I had just had completed, and a host of other things. When I told the guy that I just had new brakes and rotors put on it, he said, "oh, okay" like he knew it didn't really need those things. We told them we did not want to do all of the work they were suggesting because we had just had those things done. We went to pick up the car. When we started the car it made a loud noise that it did not have prior to being looked at by Mtn. View. The service man then proceeded to argue with me about it and told me he would "fix the issue at a discount". I have never experienced anything like this. I would never recommend this service center to anyone unless he wants to be ripped off. More

I went to visit this dealer with no intentions on purchasing a car but by the time I left there, I was rolling out th I really enjoyed the staff here. I went to visit this dealer with no intentions on purchasing a car but by the time I left there, I was rolling out the parking lot in my new car that I was able to purchase on my own as a first time buyer without my parents help. I was highly pleased with how great they were with me and how they took care of me and helped me choose something that would be safe and reliable but also affordable with someone like myself who is fresh out of college and starting a new career. Easiest car purchase ever! I recently purchased a car at Mtn View Chevrolet and it was such a satisfying experience. My salesman was Dean and he was very informative and never I recently purchased a car at Mtn View Chevrolet and it was such a satisfying experience. My salesman was Dean and he was very informative and never tried to pressure me at all. He was able to answer every question that I asked and was willing to explain anything that I didn't understand. Dean appeared to be working for me, to help me find exactly what I wanted, instead of acting like the stereo-type salesman, that is usually just trying to get their commission from a sale. I would definetly recommend Mtn View Chevrolet and I commend Dean on being the utmost professional at his job.
