Poor Customer Service by Kelvin Hamby I brought my car in for a oil change about 10:30 am and was told by Kelvin Hamby that it would take about one hour and would you like to wait, I told I brought my car in for a oil change about 10:30 am and was told by Kelvin Hamby that it would take about one hour and would you like to wait, I told him I would come back. about 4:15 pm I returned to pick up my car it was not ready and I had to wait about 30 minutes. this is not the first time this has happen to me when I deal with Kelvin. Any time I come in and be waited on by Mr. Perry Freeman ym car is ready when proms. More

1st service Great professional sales and service experience. In my experience you take a list of issues to the service center and you constantly have to coach the Great professional sales and service experience.
