Poor service I bought a loaded Silverado High Country $52,000. Didn't find out until I was walking out the door that they did not have one of the keys and key fob. I bought a loaded Silverado High Country $52,000. Didn't find out until I was walking out the door that they did not have one of the keys and key fob. I was told it had been ordered and would be in very soon. Five days later I had heard nothing and sent an email to a sales manager. I heard nothing back for 2 days. Finally, after I emailed again saying I was waiting to complete the satisfaction survey I got a response that the key was in and I could schedule to have it programmed and the truck detailed as it was raining the day I bought it and wasn't detailed. I did that and was given a 1pm time. I came at 1pm and the service advisor said they were busy so it should get detailed first. I waited for over 2 hours and then found out the truck was still in the detail shop. So the salesman pulled it out and brought it over to get the key programmed. A manager offered to have it detailed and filled up with gas at another time of my choosing. But I'm not sure I want to waste any more of my time at this dealership. More
