Came back the next day and looked seriously at the Traverse. After several discussions on the worth of our trade, we settled on the 2014 Traverse.The LT did not have leather, so we agreed to have leather installed at a later date. I was fearful of getting raked over the coals, as is the steriotype with car salespeople... It didn't happen with Ric Clinton. He calmly walked me through the entire car-buying process and my fears actually did go completely away, to the point I felt an actual peace; in my gut... I experienced the same sense of ease and comfort with the finance manager Sean Standifer. Sean plainly explained to me my options and spoke in a language I could understand. I was grateful for that. Still am, actually. I was also nervous because I am a 1099 Consultant and wasn't sure if that would affect me. With Sean's skill, it didn't whatsoever. Bottom line: I trust this place and I recommend it to my family and friends. More

During the buying process, I was given a good price for the new car quickly without a lot of haggling, and everyone involved in the purchase made me feel appreciated.
