As soon as I walked onto the lot Ric was super friendly, and asked how he could help me find a car. When I told him I was interested in the Chevy Cruze he immediately took me into the showroom and went over and asked how he could help me find a car. When I told him I was interested in the Chevy Cruze he immediately took me into the showroom and went over every detail about this car from top to bottom and let me test drive the car. Once I had test driven the car and was set on buying it, he even took the time to enroll me onto the Chevy website to see if I could qualify for the Credit Union Member Discount. He introduced me to everyone at the dealership that I would ever have to come back and talk with in case I had any problems with the car. I could tell that he did not want me to leave the lot without knowing everything there was to know about my new car, and he also offered his contact information in case I had any questions after I left.
