My recommendation of Mtn. View Chevrolet was high for several reasons listed below. To begin with, the website was excellent. I was most pleased with the salesmanship of Jason Huber. Though I had done research beforehand, I had many questions. Mr. Huber thoughtfully and patiently answered all of them (sometimes twice or three times!) and guided me through the purchase of my first new vehicle. He is friendly with a sense of humor, but gets down to business and takes the customer (me) very seriously. He was also respectful, thoughtful, sensitve to my needs in shopping all day for a car. I thoroughly enjoyed the sales experience provided by Mr. Huber and Mtn. View Chevrolet. Craig Brown worked hard to close the deal for all parties in the most equitable way. He gave good explanations and descriptions of the terms of the financing contract. I was able to negotiate some to make the price something I could do, while sticking to what was asked by the dealership and Chevrolet for that model with those features. Travis Gray is an exceptional salesperson.He knew all about the cars we were interested in. The Cruze and Malibu. The main reason we were car shopping was to find a small car to tow. He is very friendly and fun to talk to. He lets you look without being so overbearing like most of the salespeople we talked to at other dealers. But he is right there to answer any question you might have. We had great communication with Travis. He always kept us informed of the status of the Cruze we wanted. That was very important to us. Craig Brown took the time to explain all of the paperwork involved in the transaction and to answer any questions we might have. Again this was very important to us. We are returning customers, we bought a 2001 Taurus from your Ford division. It was such a good experience that when we needed another car we came to Mountain View. The sales team was quite professional and knowledgable of the product. The only downside to the transaction was that I had a firm trade-in quote from another dealership that was substantially higher than wh the product.
