After they closed I was searching for a new place to purchase my vehicles. After several failed attempts with other dealers in Chattanooga I was lucky enough to try Mountain View Chevrolet. My first purchase was in February of this year. I was concerned that I would not receive the customer care and service that I was accustomed to after 20 years of vehicle purchases from my old dealer. Much to my surprise I received the "Small town feel" at a city dealership. I was skeptical at first that I was just a number but the follow up and concern for my satisfaction in all aspects from sales to service was nothing less than stellar at your dealership.
