I would definitely recommend consumers giving Mountain View Chevrolet a chance to earn their business. I had been considering the purchase of a number of vehicles, one of which was a Chevy Avalanche. I visited the Mountain View dealership approximately four months ago. I originally spoke with salesman Richard Clinton on a low key visit. Suprisingly Mr. Clinton followed up my visit with a couple of phone calls basically to say he would like a chnace to do business if or when i decided to make a decision. With me this was a very smart strategy as i was interested in the vehicle but wasn't sure if, or when ,i would make a purchase. Mr. Clinton was deligent but professional in his follow up calls. When i made a decision to try and purchase an Avalanche i went to Mountain View soley due to Mr. Clinton. I did complete a purchase of a vehicle due in large part to Mr. Clinton's deligence. He is an excellant salesman and represents the dealership in a professional manner. More

We got a letter in the mail and when we got to Mtn. I wanted to buy my husband a new Silverado so I got on line and WOW! I checked with quite a few dealers but the response I got fron Mnt View was over the top! I have had some not so great experiences with dealerships in the past, this was by far the easiest, quickest, and friendlist. My salesman Scott Hartman was outstanding. I used him through the web site and messaged back and forth. This was great because of my work schedule and getting time away from work is not easy. He had everything prepared and ready to go so all I had to do was come in test drive the vechile and sign some papers and I was out the door in my new car. I have already been referring clients to him and your dealership. It is hard to find a hardworking honest salesman. I am not saying they are all bad, just that Scott Hartman worked hard for me the customer. Being a single mom of two children and needing something affordable and reliable I had trust in Scott Hartman to help me get something that would provide me with those two things.Your company should recoginize him being a definate asset. He also has the personality to deal with the public. He should be commended for his work. As of the service department I have not had to use them yet. Overall experience was excellent. When I sent an email inquiring about purchasing a new vehicle I received an immediate phone call followed by an email. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Mr.Huber at the entrance with a smile and a handshake. As for Customer Service, it was above and beyond my expectations from everyone I was working with during the appraisal of my trade, test driving the truck and processing the paperwork for purchasing my new truck. The quality of work from the entire dealership was exceptional. As for the Price, I explained where I needed my payment to be and every effort was made to accomadate and accomplish my request. The Overall Experience is one that I will remember for long time. I felt like "Queen for a day" when I purchased my new truck. Every one was friendly always asking me if I needed anything, or if they was anything they could get me.
