The process was pretty painless. Scott was easy-going, easy to work with. My only complaint is that whoever was suppose to clean the vehicle didn't do a very good job. I simply asked a question out of curoisty via the website, and I received an e-mail back within 6 hours on a SATURDAY NIGHT! Scott was never pushy, but asked the correct questions that appealed to m website, and I received an e-mail back within 6 hours on a SATURDAY NIGHT! Scott was never pushy, but asked the correct questions that appealed to me as a customer. When the Cash for Clunkers program began, I called with questions, and he was there to answer. Once we figured out that both our trade in vehicle and our new vehicle qualified, we decided to go ahead and place the order. After our order was placed, Scott was very attentive to all of our questions as the fate of Cash for Clunkers was becoming more grim. Even though we were not promised the Cash for Clunkers money, I was upset that Mtn. View Chevy pulled out of the program at the elevnth hour, and were not going to allow us to trade in our vehicle. After expressing my opinion strongly to Scott about how wrong I thought it was that we had been working with them since July, and we were probably one of the first customers to even mention the Cash for Clunkers program to them, Mike gave the go ahead to honor our trade in. I was trilled! I was so glad that the guys at Mtn. View Chevy proved to be honorable, since in the end, they did the right thing. Even after this little episode, Scott continued keep tabs on the car for me as it made its way from Canada to Nashville. Once it arrived in Nashville, Mike called the train depot/trucking company several times to get a closer delivery date. Our deal went smoothly, when we came to pick up the vehicle. The guys at Mtn. View Chevy put the "service" back into customer service! More
