The service is good and the people pleasant however I had to remind the cashier the first service was fee as I only bought the vehicle in December 2024. It should not take 2 hours for an oil change. If they are double or triple booking like a doctors office then they need to stop. My paperwork and keys were laying in her counter. I asked if I was ready to go and she then copped an attitude and told me she had to finish the paperwork and she had others in front of me. I told her I had another appointment so then she finally does my paperwork. While I was waiting for the service, I went into the showroom to see about pricing on a new C8 corvette. There were at least 4 salespeople within sight and no one asked if they could help me. Finally, Jason came by from a back office and asked if I had been helped.
