I came in to get my 15,000 mile service and oil change. Jeff told me it would be a little over $500 and then said it would be cheaper. On the iPad he handed me it showed a price of around $370. They screwed up my Corvette. They treated it like it was a 25 year old work truck. They did the EXACT opposite of what I asked them to do. I made sure I repeated to them several times DO NOT move the front tires to the rear or the other way around, only side to side. I didn't notice the mistake until after I left the dealership. Also when I got there to pay for the service and pick it up my Corvettes door was not fully shut, there were fingerprints everywhere on parts of my car that has nothing to do with the service. It was ridiculous and this is the SECOND time the dealership has messed my Corvette up. It may be 25 years old but it's only got 55,000 miles on it and it's like brand new. I asked the dealership to reimburse me the cost of the rotation and balance and they said absolutely not. That's when I said I was thinking about taking legal action. I am still considering it. More
