The team at Mountaineer Automotive are friendly, honest, and caring. My family was in the middle of a PCS move from Virginia to Kentucky when we experienced an issue with our truck. We made it to the Mountaineer Automotive in WV and their service team got us right in that afternoon before close without an appointment. They were able to diagnose and have us up and running by the next morning . Due to our limited travel time and rental of our moving truck we were too pressed for time to wait. I asked them if they could work me out a deal on a new truck. Jimmie got right to work with his manager and finance team. They gave me a fantastic deal trading my truck on the new one and had us back on the road in 2 hours. We live 4 hours away but I’ll be taking my son there to buy his first truck later this month. Told the sales guy I wanted to sleep on it, well they came back with a little better of a price, still not set on the price. And I felt some what pressured into making a decision on a vehicle I wasn't in love with. More

My daughter's car broke down in WV on a Friday afternoon driving from SW Florida to home in NY with no luck in finding any shops open until the following Monday. One of the techs happened to stop in and Shirley asked him for a really big favor and within 3 hours, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and got her on the road again heading home!
