The reason I did not complete this was because I was disappointed in a charge for an alignment. I had just had four new tires put on my car and paid for an alignment. I needed a part and you did not ha disappointed in a charge for an alignment. I had just had four new tires put on my car and paid for an alignment. I needed a part and you did not have it that day in stock. It was ordered and I came in to have it put on and I was charged another $100. for another alignment. I feel that this is a charge that should not happen due to you not having the part. More

Jillian is second to none in the service department. I am sure management recognizes how valuable she is. It definitely wouldn’t be the same without her. Denny in finance is also a great asset to your I am sure management recognizes how valuable she is. It definitely wouldn’t be the same without her. Denny in finance is also a great asset to your business. I am sure he does a great job for everyone but I could see him being sales manager. Your present sales manager is no doubt one of your struggling employees. I know he has been with you a long time but he probably shouldn’t be dealing with the public. More
