The only reason I return to this dealership is because Jillian and the service department are terrific. Also, Denny in finance has always been great to work with. Mountaineer Honda will not honor the tire agreement I had with the previous owners for free rotations and road hazard and I refuse to use my credit card to pay because of the charge applied to the use of it. When I purchased an extended warranty for our car I didn’t realize an added cost for the credit card use had been applied until I reached home. Very disconcerting. May seem like trivial concerns but both of these matters have me very annoyed. If not for Jillian and Denny, I probably would not use this dealership any more. More
