Matt and Sherell were great! I’d been looking for a used a Toyota Highlander on AutoTrader and various other apps/sites for several months. I knew exactly what I needed for our family of 6. We made a special trip down from Birmingham to Foley with our 4 kids to look at the vehicle. Matt and Sherelle could not have been nicer or more accommodating! They were very professional and patient. We made a deal and drove away with our car the next day. Matt and Sherelle made us feel welcomed and valued. They followed up on every aspect of the process, including working with our credit union and local DMV and were always available and responsive. We don’t buy vehicles very often and I’m sure that showed, but we never felt pressured or that our questions/needs were an inconvenience. This was a great experience. Service department I had a problem with my vehicle and took it to Moyer Ford. The service department looked at my vehicle to see what I needed to fix it. When I picked up the part the service advisor took my part and installed it in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. Being here from out of state it was such a relief to have found such an efficient knowledgeable dealer. More
