Very pleasant experience My old car had been totaled and I was forced into looking for another car. I was nervous about going through the whole car search, and find a finance company dance again. But Eisenhower Nissan made it painless and simple. I had my 5 yr old daughter with me and she totally enjoyed her experience. I believe her exact words were "this place is amazing". So take it from a 5 yr old, you know kids speak the truth. It was an amazing experience, one that I would gladly do again. More

Arny was the best! I have been searching for a late model, low mileage Kia Sorento for quite some time. Just when I was about to put my search on hold, I spotted a pote I have been searching for a late model, low mileage Kia Sorento for quite some time. Just when I was about to put my search on hold, I spotted a potential deal on the Eisenhauer Nissan website. I decided to inquire late one night, and early the next morning I heard from Arnoldo (Arny) Sutter. From the start I liked his style. Arny knows cars, and he is totally focused on helping the customer get what they want. Arny asked me what we were willing to pay for the vehicle, and after a series of positive texts, I decided to drive over 2 hours to test drive the car. Even though I arrived just 45 minutes before the close of the dealership, Arny greeted me like it was noon. His upbeat, positive attitude helped me realize that I wanted to work with him, and we started the credit check, etc. Arny worked with me to get a great interest rate the next day, even better than what I was hoping for. Everyone at the dealership was extremely welcoming, and they treated me with respect. In fact, when my family went with me to finalize the sale, we were all treated to pizza and stromboli. Who does this? A week ago I had never heard of Eisenhauer Nissan, and now we will buy our next vehicle there. It all started with a simple web inquiry from me; my new friend Arny did the rest. Don't fall for dealers that don't tell you what a car's price is. If you want an exceptional deal, you will want to check out these guys. More

The showroom is inviting, there was no high pressure to make a sale, and I was treated with every courtesy. The salesman (Leo Bolger) even worked out the best financing option to save me some money. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to but a Nissan vehicle. More

The process of getting through all the paperwork and friendliness of the staff was awesome. I definitely would tell anyone that is in the market for a vehicle whether new or used you can't go wrong if you shop at Eisenhauer Nissan. I had a bad experience with another dealership and thinking back on it I wish I would have just returned to Eisenhauer like I had planned to in the first place. The quality of service and respect shown by the Rich and all of the employees made me smile the whole time I was there. This visit reminded me of my first purchase from Eisenhauer back in 2006 when they were across the street. The great flood did not change the way they did and currently are doing business. I want to say to Mike the Gen. Mgr. Don't let this guy go anywhere. Great humor and wit along with a caring attitude. I have to say a little about Kathy in Finance she is awesome!!!If it was that easy I think all transaction in the automobile buying market would be smooth. She walked me through all the paperwork and didn't miss a beat. She was very attentive and listened to me rant about my bad customer experience with another dealership. Least frustrating experience so far We called ahead and asked to test drive a truck we saw online and Danny answered. He was very easy going and put the car aside for us to come in that afternoon to drive it. It was just as advertised and when we saw a couple minor cosmetic issues he was quick to correct the issues. After a test drive we knew it was the right truck for us. We prefer to test drive alone without a salesman but he said according to insurance reasons he couldn't allow that(my only real complaint). He offered a good deal and the dealership was comfortable to lounge in and wait while they got the paperwork in order, even had free cookies and drinks". Overall a great experience More
